Ammonia systems, structural steel, and protective coatings
This ammonia cooling tower required extensive surface preparation due to rust scaling and corrosion on structural steel, handrails, and piping. Our team performed high-pressure washing followed by hand sanding before applying a high-build mastic epoxy coating system. The project was completed with UV-stable urethane topcoats and color-coded ammonia piping for long-term durability and safety compliance.
